Frengki

Frengki is a cheerful little boy from Sumba with a bright smile that brings joy to everyone around him. He comes from a humble family living in poverty, where his parents have struggled to provide even the basic necessities of life. Because of their financial hardships, they were unable to support his education or meet all of his daily needs

When Frengki was old enough to begin kindergarten, he was welcomed into YKPA, where he found a safe and loving place to grow. Since then, YKPA has become the home where he has learned, played, and experienced the warmth of a caring family.

Now preparing to begin elementary school, Frengki is an energetic and happy child who loves to play and sing. His cheerful voice can often be heard throughout the foundation, filling the home with laughter and happiness. His joyful spirit has a wonderful way of brightening the day of everyone around him.

One of Frengki’s favorite things is spending time with the older children at YKPA. He enjoys watching movies together, sharing snacks, laughing, and simply being part of a family where he feels loved and accepted. These everyday moments have become some of his happiest memories.

For Frengki, YKPA is much more than a place to live—it is a place where he has discovered love, security, and hope. Here, he is learning the values of kindness, friendship, and perseverance while receiving the education and care every child deserves.

Though he is still very young, Frengki’s joyful heart and bright spirit reflect a future full of promise. With the continued love and support of those who believe in him, he is growing up with the opportunity to dream, learn, and build a brighter future.
